4 days, 4 shows: Camping Rotterdam, Joure, Walhalla Deurne and Habana in Nijmegen. It’s like a mini “best of” tour, because we’ve been to all those places before, and all af them were awesome. Guess that’s why we’re allowed to come back. We’re ready, let’s rock!

Back from a windy weekend

Slowly but surely the Maniacs are returning to the mainland after a wonderful windy weekend. Hair full of sand, heads full of music & hearts full of love for our old and new friends who came to see us at Concert at Sea and the Oerol festival.

We had a splendid gig at Fusion of Dance in Zwolle. The marriage between dance lovers and the Memphis Maniacs seems to be a very happy one. You can check us out at the Smirnoff Cube during three other dance festivals: Dance Valley (August 6), Loveland (August 13) and Valtifest (September 3). And of course there are tons of other opportunities, check our gig list!

Boy oh boy are we proud to headline the Jupiler stage at Parkpop 2011. Last year there were more than 200.000 people present in the Zuiderpark in the Hague. Sure they won’t all be able to follow every move but we are sooooo looking forward to this one. Little boys’ dreams coming true..

We’re very excited to be playing in the Smirnoff Cube at Fusion of Dance in Zwolle on May 21st. And don’t tell anyone but there might be a couple of other big dance festivals where you will find us. Something tells us that the marriage between the Maniacs and the dance scene could be a very happy one…
